Reservation fee
The reservation fee is pre-authorized first. It is only charged after your selected time is confirmed, and then it secures the boat for your confirmed date and departure time.

Clear terms before you reserve
We keep the process simple: request a booking and pre-authorize the reservation fee, then the fee is charged only after your selected time is confirmed.

Pre-authorization and charge
Before your selected time is confirmed, you can cancel from the manage booking page and the authorization will be released automatically. If a charge has happened for any reason, the refund will be processed automatically. After your selected time is confirmed, cancellation and refund requests must be sent by email at least 3 days before the tour date.

Remaining balance
The remaining balance is paid on board directly to the captain on the day of the tour. Cash is preferred, but card payment is also available.

Weather and sea safety
Weather, sea conditions, and safety decisions are made by the captain. Safety always comes first.

Weather or safety cancellation
If the captain cancels for weather or sea safety, we will help you reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, the reservation fee will be refunded automatically.

Late arrival
Please arrive on time. Late arrival may reduce the tour duration because the boat schedule is reserved for a fixed time.

No-show
If guests do not arrive and do not contact us, the reservation fee is non-refundable.

Cancelling a confirmed booking
If your booking is confirmed and you need to cancel, please contact us by email. Refund requests must be made at least 3 days before the tour date; cancellation or refund requests made less than 3 days before the tour may not be possible.

Blue Grotto
The Blue Grotto is optional and not guaranteed. It depends on sea conditions, opening status, queue time, and tour duration. Blue Grotto entrance fee is not included. It is currently €18 per person. If Blue Grotto is open and you choose to enter, the entrance fee is paid directly at the cave by cash or card. The wait is often around 40 minutes to 1 hour, especially in June, July, and August. It is usually not recommended for 2-hour or 3-hour tours, is more suitable for 4-hour, 5-hour, or full-day tours, and is not recommended for the sunset tour.
